Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Singularity Signal collects when you use GTO Hold'em Trainer, and what we deliberately do not collect.
What we collect
- Hand data: table settings, hole cards, every action, community cards, results and decision scores.
- A randomly generated device id. It is not derived from any device property and is not linked to any account.
- Your interface language.
- Client self-diagnostics: how many hands we failed to upload, and consecutive failure counts.
What we do not collect
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers or any account information — there are no accounts.
- Location, device fingerprints, contacts or clipboard contents.
- Advertising identifiers.
Opting out of hand-data collection
Open the training page, press the “?” button, find the hand-data section and choose “Opt out”. The app works identically either way.
What stays on your device
- Your cumulative statistics — how many hands you have played, how many decisions came out good / ok / bad, your running EV loss, VPIP/PFR — are only ever aggregated in your browser's local storage and are never uploaded.
- The settings that only affect your own screen stay here too: whether opponent styles are hidden, auto rebuy, and the solver toggle and its time budget.
What rides along with each hand
- The settings that describe the table you played — number of seats, starting stacks, ante, training or exam mode, the table profile, the opponents' styles and your interface language. A hand record that did not say what table it was played on would be meaningless.
- The score of that one hand's decisions. This is the per-hand detail listed under “What we collect” above — not the running totals kept on your device.
Online tables
If you play at an online table, the nickname you choose is shown to the other players at that table. Nicknames are never written into the hand-data store.
Advertising
- Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Users may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads. Alternatively, users may opt out of some third-party vendors' uses of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting https://www.aboutads.info.
- Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message before personalised ads are served.
IP addresses
- Hand-data collection: our collection server rate-limits by IP in memory only. It is never written to disk and we keep no per-request logs of it.
- Creating an online table: to stop one person flooding the service with rooms, we keep a short record of room-creation times keyed by IP. An entry stops counting towards the limit 12 hours after it is made, and the whole record is deleted automatically once nothing in it still counts — in the worst case an entry sits there for about a day. Nothing else about you is stored with it, and it is not linked to your hand data.
- Hosting: this site is served by Cloudflare. As our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare processes visitors' IP addresses for content delivery and security. We do not have access to per-request logs from them.
Children
This is a strategy training tool. It involves no real money, no wagering and no cash-out of any kind; chips are valueless scoring units. It is not directed at children.
Changes
If the data we collect changes, this page changes with it in the same release.
